Our straight-forward process has been engineered to deliver premium results, in minimal time.
After initial contact, we might call to refine your design, determine approximate positions, and confirm the number of doors and windows etc.
We will send you a quotation with a comprehensive breakdown detailing all materials and colours. Once you have accepted the quote, we request signed acceptance and a deposit.
We will email all the design and engineering plans to you, and forward them to our planner for construction preparation.
Once development approval has been granted, we request a 40% deposit, review all dimensions and colours, and place the order.
After materials have been ordered, we’ll schedule a date for the build in compliance with your schedule.
Delivery occurs 3 to 4 weeks after your order has been placed, and the build can commence.
